Due to the weather and field conditions, we are going to move our coaches' meeting to next Wednesday, April 24 at 6 pm.

The clinic will be held at the Valley Southwoods baseball fields.

Please plan to meet by the equipment shed.

Welcome to the WDM Tiger Cubs 2024 Season!

The rosters and schedules are being finalized and will be released later this week.

Opening Day will be Saturday, April 27, at Valley Southwoods. Garrett Hawkins, the new Valley Varsity Head Baseball Coach, will be in attendance to meet the Tiger Cubs.

Our annual parent meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, April 10. The meeting link will be sent out next week.

Our coaches' clinic will be Wednesday, April 17th, at 6 pm at Valley Southwoods. All parents are welcome.

2024 WDM Tiger Cub Baseball Season 

Instructional baseball for kindergarten through second grade

Tiger Cub Baseball Details:

• The season will run from April 20, 2024, through June 29, 2024
• Spots are available for kids finishing kindergarten through second grade in 2024.  
• Practices and games will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays at the Valley Southwoods baseball fields in West Des Moines.
• Kindergartners will play on Monday and Saturday. 1st and 2nd grade will play Tuesday and Saturday.
• All drills and practices were designed by high school and college coaches with decades of coaching and teaching experience.
• Our goal is for all kids and families to learn and enjoy the game of baseball without significant cost and travel expenses.
• Cost is $150 per child, including approximately 20 sessions, a jersey, and a hat.
• Discounts are available for coaches.
